Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in the heart of West Hollywood. Walking distance from Melrose with great shopping and restaurants. One of the bed/bathrooms located in the back of the house will be closed off during stay.
Wood floors, all new stainless steel appliances, bathroom and kitchen both recently redone, washer and dryer, 65″ curved 4k TV in living room and 55″ and 50″ in the bedrooms, turbo speed internet, cable television, HBO, Netflix, treadmill, Nest central heat and air (control it from your phone), ADT pulse security, Culligan water softener and filtration system for clean drinking water, beautifully tiled gas fireplace, 10 person jacuzzi in backyard with seating area, fire pit, and full sized Weber BBQ.
One bedroom currently includes a Cal King Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe bed, which will be the best night’s sleep you’ve ever had, and black out velvet curtains, the other bedroom has a queen sized Tempurpedic sleeper sofa which sleeps more comfortably than most beds. There is also a good sized sectional couch in the living room, viewable in the pictures; so should you have a third or fourth person, that’s totally fine.
I have 2 available permits for street parking and a gated driveway that can fit up to 3 cars which I can provide a clicker for during your stay. Home is gated and has a call box out front which is super easy for you to buzz people into during your stay.
It is in an amazing prime location of West Hollywood with everything you will ever need within walking distance.
No smoking inside (can smoke on balcony or anywhere outside though. Very accessible.) Please be as clean as you can. Make sure to lock doors when you come and go. Parking in driveway is ok and I can provide you with a clicker if you’ll be staying for a bit. Be respectful of my neighbors. Parties and/or events must be disclosed to and approved by owner first.
We are OK with anyone wanting to rent this property for any type of filming/shooting purposes, including but not limited to, TV shows, movies, music videos, web content/footage, and we are well versed in the procedures of doing so.
